Outside Sales Representative - Bakery at BakeMark

BakeMark is hiring a Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and develop new business within the baking industry. The role executes sales initiatives, secures customer orders, manages accounts and sales activity, provides customer service, and travels approximately 90–100% within an assigned local territory. Prior sales or route sales experience is preferred, baking industry experience is desirable, and the position requires strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. Compensation begins at a base of no less than $60,000 per year, with a plan to move to 100% commission within six months, plus holidays, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
