Vert Environmental is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to build and own a territory in Los Angeles, including East LA and the San Gabriel Valley. The role is approximately 90% field-based, involving prospecting, relationship building, full-cycle sales, environmental testing consulting, upselling, and CRM pipeline management. Compensation includes a $70,000–$90,000 base salary, uncapped monthly commission paid on invoiced sales, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, and a company vehicle. Candidates should have a proven outside or field sales record, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong prospecting and closing skills; CRM, environmental services, construction, real estate, or restoration experience is preferred.
