3MG Solutions is hiring an Outside Sales Representative - Roofing to generate leads, conduct roof and property inspections, present roofing systems and materials, educate homeowners, manage customer relationships, and close roofing agreements. The role is field-based, requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, and involves climbing ladders and walking roofs safely. Full-time W-2 compensation includes a base plus uncapped commissions, medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k); independent contractor compensation is commission-only.
