3MG Solutions is hiring an Outside Sales Representative – Roofing to generate leads, conduct roof and property inspections, present roofing solutions, educate homeowners, manage customer relationships, and maintain follow-up and pipeline activity. The role is field-based and requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, ladder transport, and comfort climbing ladders and walking roofs safely. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, with roofing sales experience strongly preferred. Compensation is commission-only for independent contractors or base pay plus uncapped commissions for W2 options, with offices in St. Louis and Kansas City and flexibility to sell across Missouri and other states.
