The role involves educating customers, helping them select products, generating leads, closing sales, and scheduling installations. No prior sales experience is required because training is provided. Compensation includes base pay plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $50,000–$90,000+, bi-weekly pay, bonuses, incentives, and an expense allowance.
