Socket Fiber is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to conduct door-to-door residential outreach in the Columbia, Missouri area and surrounding markets. The role involves educating homeowners about fiber internet, building rapport, closing sales, logging activity in a CRM, following up with leads, coordinating with the install team, and representing the company professionally. No traditional sales or telecom experience is required, but candidates need a valid driver’s license, outdoor mobility, willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius, and flexibility for evenings and some Saturdays. Compensation includes guaranteed base pay and uncapped commission, with medical, dental, vision, life, and 401k benefits.
