Description
The Server Assistant supports the front-of-house food and beverage team at an Invited club by assisting with food and beverage delivery, table setup, restocking, cleaning, guest greeting, menu assistance, request handling, and special-event support. The role reports to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager and requires physical activity, extended standing, and occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior food and beverage service experience, required food handler and alcohol server certifications, Invited F&B service training, and strong communication skills. The position may require weekend and holiday hours, and full-time members receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
