IQ-EQ is hiring an Outsourced CFO to provide outsourced CFO support to hedge funds and private equity clients. The role manages financial operations, reporting, accounting practices, fund and management company financial statements, NAVs, allocations, reconciliations, expense schedules, management fees, incentive allocations, financial modeling, and client onboarding. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, at least four years of experience in alternative investment management, strong accounting and analytical skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; CPA designation and public accounting experience are preferred. The role offers a hybrid schedule and a salary of $70,000-$90,000.
