Wipfli is seeking an experienced Outsourced Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage multiple client teams, provide training and development opportunities, and engage directly with clients to deliver exceptional consulting services. This remote position focuses on the healthcare industry, requiring prior experience with physician practices, post-acute care, skilled nursing facilities, or hospitals. Key responsibilities include reviewing financial reports, analyzing benchmarking data, assisting with budget preparation, providing technical accounting support, identifying operational inefficiencies, and leading staff and senior accountants.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Required Previous Experiences: 4–6 years of experience in public or private accounting.
3+ years managing associates and/or teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA)
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Strong project management and relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence others, promote constructive change, and develop team members.
Ability to travel up to 10%
