Sterlington PLLC is hiring an independent contractor to lead its globally distributed outsourcing function of approximately fourteen lawyers and paralegals. The role owns team leadership, AI-driven workflow redesign for non-disclosure agreements, expansion into additional contract-review and drafting services, service-delivery quality and turnaround standards, and stakeholder partnership with firm leadership. Candidates need at least ten years of experience in legal practice, legal operations, or corporate and commercial legal services, with contract-work expertise; experience with non-disclosure agreements and United States commercial contracts is preferred, along with distributed-team leadership and genuine AI workflow design and deployment skills.
