SimpleXX is hiring an Outstanding Works Manager for Airbus at its Finkenwerder site, initially on a temporary staffing basis with an option for permanent employment. The role ensures component availability under Airbus quality standards, supports Flight-Line services, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages work orders and quality documentation, resolves technical problems, and monitors supplier quality. Applicants need aerospace, technical, or comparable qualifications; relevant manufacturing planning, manufacturing engineering, production planning and control, or project management experience; knowledge of process management and tool issue or tool dispensing; strong technical, independent, and communication skills; on-call availability; and fluent English and Spanish, with German as an advantage. The position offers an indefinite employment contract, home-office possibilities, and other benefits.
