BlackStone eIT is hiring an Outsystems Lead/Senior Developer to develop and deliver Outsystems applications, provide technical leadership and mentorship, translate business requirements into technical specifications, oversee the software development lifecycle, participate in code reviews, stay current with Outsystems advancements, and lead project meetings. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of software development experience specializing in Outsystems, at least 3 years in a leadership or senior Outsystems role, knowledge of application design patterns and Agile methodologies, strong communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
