Sikorsky is hiring a second-shift supervisor to lead 20–50 hourly employees at its aircraft components repair and overhaul facility. The role oversees training, recruitment, performance, work assignments, quality, costs, hours, metrics, and Lean manufacturing improvements, while managing monthly deliverables and financial commitments. Candidates need at least two years of leadership experience, employee-management and conflict-resolution skills, procedure-following and creation experience, strong communication skills, and availability for the second shift; previous Sikorsky or manufacturing experience and a bachelor’s degree are desired. The position offers a full-time salary of $81,500–$151,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
