Sikorsky is hiring a second-shift supervisor to oversee one or more shifts or functions at its Aircraft Components Repair and Overhaul facility. The role leads 20–50 hourly employees, coordinates recruitment, training, performance assessment, work assignments, and disciplinary actions, and is accountable for costs, hours, quality, throughput, metrics, and ROI. Candidates need at least two years of leadership experience, manufacturing or fabrication knowledge, procedure-following and communication skills, and availability for the second shift; previous Sikorsky or manufacturing experience and a bachelor’s degree are desired. The full-time salary range is $81,500 to $151,300, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
