CARIAN is hiring a full-time, field-based Overhead Construction Supervisor to oversee overhead transmission and distribution construction, maintenance, and contractor work across New Jersey project sites. The role coordinates daily field activities, contractor performance, safety compliance, work quality, schedules, materials, outage readiness, documentation, and incident reporting, while requiring travel throughout New Jersey and availability for outages, off-hours, overtime, and emergency response. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 10 years of overhead utility construction or related field experience, and the ability to read utility drawings and coordinate with operations and project stakeholders.
