CooperRiis is hiring an Overnight Awake -3rd Shift Residential Mental Health Staff in Mill Spring, North Carolina. The role provides safety monitoring, supports residents who are awake during late evening and early morning, promotes healthy sleep hygiene, assists with community spaces, builds rapport with residents, and administers routine and PRN medications. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Pay starts at $19.50 per hour and increases with experience; benefits include PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, and free meals.
