Aptus is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join their team as an FT Overnight Awake worker. This role involves establishing respectful relationships with individuals with complex needs, particularly those with disabilities, by promoting their dignity and well-being. The successful candidate will support individuals in developing decision-making skills, implementing support agreements, ensuring a safe living environment, teaching independent living skills like eating and cooking, and assisting in participation in community activities. The position requires flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends, due to the nature of overnight awake duties.
