The Key Program is seeking Overnight Awake Shift Workers (ONAs) in Methuen, MA, for their residential program supporting adolescent girls referred by the MA Department of Children and Families (DCF). This role involves working overnight from 11 PM to 8 AM, including weekends and holidays, to provide direct supervision, engagement, and advocacy for youth. Responsibilities include medication administration, safety checks, and preparing breakfast, all within a trauma-sensitive and therapeutic environment.
