The Key Program is hiring an Overnight Awake Shift Worker in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, to monitor and support adolescent clients in residential programs during overnight hours from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with possible weekend shifts. Responsibilities include client monitoring, bed checks, safety and security procedures, documentation, and assistance with routines such as meals, medication administration, transportation, and school preparation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalency, age 21 or older, a valid driver’s license, an insured work vehicle, a background check, and completion of specified training and certifications. Compensation is $24 per hour, with additional compensation for bilingual skills and a referral bonus.
