The Key Program is hiring full-time Overnight Awake Shift Workers in Springfield, Massachusetts, to provide overnight supervision and support for up to nine adolescent girls or boys in residential programs. The role involves monitoring clients, conducting bed checks and security checks, maintaining safety procedures, supporting routines such as meals and medication administration, documenting incidents, and participating in required training and certifications.
