The Study at University of Chicago is hiring an Overnight Building Maintenance Technician to support hotel operations by performing preventative maintenance, inspecting and servicing building systems, completing cosmetic and repair work, responding to guest and team requests, and assisting with banquet AV as needed. The role requires experience in building-related trades and at least one year of hotel or building engineer experience, with prior hotel engineering experience preferred.
