Description
The Culinary Associate prepares and cooks food at the Phoenician a Luxury Collection Resort Scottsdale, including portioning, chopping, storing, washing, measuring, mixing, cooking, testing, and serving food. The role also involves operating kitchen equipment, maintaining food quality and safety standards, cleaning work areas, and following company policies. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
