Grafton is hiring a Direct Support Professional - Children's Services, also described as an Overnight Residential Assistant, to provide direct care and plan implementation for children with complex needs in a residential or classroom setting. The role supports hygiene, medication delivery, safety, crisis management, behavioral goals, documentation, activities, nutrition, transportation, and household organization. It requires a high school diploma or GED with six months of experience working with children, an associate’s degree with three months of experience, or a bachelor’s degree in human services, along with a valid driver’s license and basic computer skills. Available overnight schedules are 10:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. or 10:30 p.m. to 9:30 a.m., with starting pay of $16.00 up to $22.00 plus applicable shift differentials and benefits.
