Dash In, a division of The Wills Group, is hiring a full-time Overnight Kitchen Supervisor in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The role supervises back-of-house food-service operations, including team training, inventory, food preparation, cleanliness, quality and safety compliance, productivity, waste reduction, equipment maintenance, and daily execution. Candidates need at least one year of supervisory or management experience in food service or retail, a high school diploma or GED, problem-solving and multitasking ability, comfort with inventory-management technology, and strong team-leadership skills; ServSafe certification is a plus. The position pays $18.00-$22.50 per hour plus a $1.00 overnight differential and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits.
