Sika is hiring an experienced Machine Operator for its Roofing business in the Canton, Massachusetts area. The role operates a PLC-controlled 120-wide tandem flexible PVC extrusion coating line, including setup, operation, breakdown, cleaning, parameter optimization, forklift material handling, and product quality review. The position works a V shift on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with overtime and shift coverage as needed. A high school diploma or GED, English communication skills, PLC familiarity, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, and tolerance for extreme temperatures are required; plastics, vinyl coating, lamination, or printing production experience is desirable.
