Description
The Union Mechanical role is a broad industrial maintenance position reporting to the Site Manager and responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. Duties include appliance repair, building maintenance, electrical and plumbing work, HVAC maintenance, fire-suppression testing, steam-system work, pump troubleshooting, and minor construction and painting. The role requires a high school diploma, relevant HVAC or building-maintenance training, five years of semi-skilled building-maintenance experience, and eight years of industrial maintenance experience, along with a valid driver's license, forklift and light-truck operation, flexible scheduling, and willingness to work overtime.
