Planet Fitness is hiring an Overnight Member Service Representative for its Houston Fitness Partners franchise. The role pays $10 per hour plus a $1 per hour overnight differential from 9:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. and involves greeting members, answering phones, resolving customer concerns, conducting prospective-member calls and tours, processing retail transactions, cleaning and sanitizing the club, and answering questions about business procedures. The position requires customer service, communication, problem-solving, basic computer proficiency, punctuality, dependability, background-check eligibility, and CPR/AED certification before employment. It is subject to work at any Planet Fitness location within the franchise and requires full-time staff to work at least 30 hours per week for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
