Sweeping Corporation of America is hiring a full-time Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper Lead in Richmond for a third-shift role paying $19–$20 per hour. The position leads nightly route execution, coordinates team communications, responds to operational escalations, supports customer concerns, performs equipment inspections, operates and maintains sweeping equipment, handles materials, completes required documentation, and promotes safety. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a driver’s license, at least 21 years of age, and one year of DOT driving experience, with three years preferred. The role requires outdoor work, physical activity, PPE, and successful completion of background, motor vehicle record, DOT physical, and drug screening checks.
