Description
Pacific Quest is hiring an Overnight Program Guide to support the safety and well-being of residents in a residential mental healthcare setting. The role involves monitoring residents during rest and awake hours, enforcing safety protocols, maintaining confidentiality, documenting incidents, assisting with housekeeping and administrative tasks, supporting programming and transports, and providing de-escalation and crisis response. The position requires 12-hour shifts, current CPR/First Aid certification, CPI-Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training, a valid driver’s license, and completion of background, drug, physical, and TB clearances. Compensation is $20 to $24 per hour, with overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per work week.
