Clear Behavioral Health is seeking an Overnight Program Manager in Torrance, California to support day-to-day operations of a behavioral health residential program. The role focuses on program operations, compliance with Joint Commission and California regulations, staff supervision and development, client and referral coordination, and administrative/facility oversight. It is a full-time, fully on-site overnight position (Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) paying $25 to $30 per hour and offering medical, dental, and vision insurance along with other benefits.
