Grafton is hiring a Direct Support Professional - Overnight Residential Assistant to provide direct care and plan implementation for children with complex needs in a residential setting. The role supports clients with bedtime and morning routines, hygiene, medication delivery, health and safety checks, crisis management, behavioral goals, documentation, activities, nutrition, transportation, and a safe residence. Candidates must be at least 19, pass background and drug screening, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet one of several education and experience requirements. Compensation starts at $18.15 to $22 per hour, with shift differentials and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
