The Overnight Shift Supervisor supervises Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites, ensuring post orders, patrols, inspections, reports, coverage, and emergency responses are completed. The role includes coaching and disciplining staff, training employees, preparing payroll and personnel information, inspecting posts, coordinating with clients, and performing assigned security-officer duties. It requires one year of armed security experience and one year of supervisor experience, pays $25.00-$26.00 per hour, and may require overtime, background and reference checks, controlled-substance testing, and applicable security licensing.
