Description
The Shift Supervisor manages overnight operations at Simpson’s Emergency Shelter, providing staff supervision, direct guest support, crisis and conflict management, safety and security, staffing coverage, recordkeeping, and coordination with the Shelter Program Manager and other teams. The role also supports recruiting, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and program development for shelter staff and volunteers. It is a full-time overnight position generally covering Friday through Monday nights from midnight to 10 a.m., with possible daytime availability for meetings and training, and pays $55,000–$60,000.
