Description
The Overnight Site Supervisor supervises Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites, ensuring post orders, rounds, reports, coverage, and emergency responses are followed. The role includes coaching and disciplining staff, training employees, preparing reports, coordinating with company management and client representatives, and may include performing Security Officer duties. A high school diploma or GED and two years of related experience are required, with retail experience preferred; security experience is required and supervisor experience preferred. The position pays $22.00–$24.00 per hour and requires regular vehicle use, physical activity, and possible overtime.
