Sweeping Corporation of America is hiring a full-time Overnight Street Sweeper (Non-CDL) in Donna, Texas. The third-shift role pays $16–$17 per hour, with eligibility for a first pay increase at six months and minimal travel. Responsibilities include driving a street sweeper, operating specialized equipment, completing assigned routes, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, handling materials, reporting issues, maintaining records, and communicating with supervisors and clients. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a driver’s license, at least 21 years of age, an acceptable driving record, and successful completion of motor vehicle, background, and drug screening; one year of DOT driving experience is preferred.
