Description
ABM is hiring an experienced Superintendent to oversee daily facility operations and lead an operations team. The role supervises staff, manages schedules and staffing, drives operational performance, ensures safety and quality compliance, responds to client concerns, and supports training and recertification. The position requires at least two years of experience in large-scale industrial or manufacturing construction environments, two years of leadership or supervisory experience, and OSHA 30 certification. The shift is 5pm–5am Monday through Saturday with flexibility needed, and the listed pay is $46 per hour.
