Description
The Field Supervisor oversees janitorial and administrative operations in an airport facility, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, inspections, inventory, safety compliance, coordination with airport management, and response to cleaning requests. The role leads a team of janitorial and administrative staff, works the 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM EST third shift, and pays $21.00–$22.00 per hour. Applicants need a valid state driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of supervisory experience in janitorial services, knowledge of airport safety protocols, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; bilingual Spanish/English ability is preferred.
