Description
The Night Crew Supervisor supports overnight grocery operations by leading and working alongside the night crew, organizing freight and stocking, maintaining shelf conditions and merchandising standards, addressing out-of-stocks, coordinating backroom organization, coaching associates, monitoring productivity, and preparing the store for the next day. The role requires overnight availability, physical stocking and freight-handling work, and strong leadership, communication, organizational, and safety skills; previous grocery, stocking, retail, or leadership experience is preferred.
