Description
The Overnight Supervisor oversees safety, security, and smooth overnight operations for a community from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role leads overnight team members, responds to emergencies, conducts building rounds, monitors safety systems and pendant calls, assists with minor maintenance, supports nursing and care staff, documents overnight activities and incidents, and communicates with leadership, residents, families, and team members. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills, along with the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
