LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is hiring an Overnight Supervisor to oversee and coordinate hotel operations during the overnight shift. The role supervises hourly team members, manages front-desk and night-audit activities, handles guest check-ins and check-outs, resolves escalated concerns, monitors lobby and back-of-house safety and cleanliness, coordinates with security, engineering, and cleaning teams, and prepares shift handover reports. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a related bachelor’s degree and hotel front-office supervisory experience are preferred.
