ABM is hiring an Overnight Trainer to conduct employee training programs during overnight operations at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The role coordinates training schedules, prepares classrooms and materials, maintains training records in the ABM University Learning Management System, ensures compliance with training requirements, and provides feedback for continuous improvement. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with occasional daytime and weekend flexibility, and pays $21-$25 per hour including shift differential.
