OKX is hiring an Overseas Operations Manager (P2P) to drive growth and operational excellence across overseas markets. The role covers regional P2P expansion strategy, merchant onboarding and ecosystem management, operational optimization, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, and data monitoring and competitive intelligence. Candidates need at least five years of platform operations experience, two to three years of hands-on overseas P2P operations experience, major-exchange experience, and strong analytical and cross-functional skills; crypto or Web3 experience is preferred.
