Description
The Crew Leader will report to the Childcare Manager or Team Leader and lead sports-based activities for children and young people aged 11 and over at Scott Dunn’s Explorers Kids Clubs. The role involves planning and delivering indoor and outdoor activities, supporting younger children, maintaining records, coordinating with the wider team, communicating with parents, providing food and snacks, and working independently with coaching professionals. The position requires a sports coaching qualification, experience coaching children, clear English, and a strong swimmer; a clean full driving licence and peak-season availability are desirable. Applicants must be residents of Greece, Portugal, or Croatia or hold dual nationality, and EU passport holders may apply on a self-employed basis.
