Description
The Food Manufacturing Operator operates and changes over equipment in an assigned production area, maintains quality, safety, and performance standards, completes changeovers and cleanouts, maintains 5S and HACCP documentation, participates in TPM teams, and identifies improvement opportunities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, communication, computer, and problem-solving skills, and preferably experience in automated food manufacturing, PLC/HMI, lean manufacturing, or TPM environments. The position involves frequent physical activity, including lifting barrels and materials, using pallet jacks or forklifts, and standing for extended periods. The base pay range for Illinois is USD 25.08 to USD 34.49, with medical and dental benefits, a 401k plan, paid time off, and a company bonus.
