The role serves as the primary contact for owners, manages inquiries by phone and email, identifies and implements customer needs, improves processes and systems, and collaborates with operations. Candidates need a completed hotel or comparable education, at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, German and English fluency, and MS Office knowledge. The position requires flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, and offers accommodation in the company’s holiday properties.
