H2 Life is hiring a full-time Owner Relations Officer for its Niseko office. The role serves as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of property owners, building long-term trust and coordinating owner requests, maintenance, property matters, quotations, approvals, and owner-stay preparations across H2 departments. The position requires strong communication, customer-service or relationship-management experience, organisation, stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, digital-system proficiency, and professional handling of sensitive conversations. Compensation is JPY 250,000–350,000 monthly, with a performance bonus, commuting allowance, paid leave, social insurance, and possible working visa sponsorship.
