Owner Reservations Sales Representative at Westgate Resorts

Westgate Resorts is hiring an Owner Reservations Sales Representative to handle inbound owner calls, assist with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations, explain ownership benefits, process exchange requests, and recommend upgrades, additional nights, packages, and travel protection. The role is a blended customer service and sales position requiring a high school diploma or GED, weekend and holiday availability, background and drug screening, and strong communication and multitasking skills. Training is six weeks onsite in Ocoee, Florida, followed by a hybrid schedule with a work-from-home opportunity after 90 days.
