Advantage Point Group, Inc. is hiring an Owners Representative to monitor construction on capital and plant maintenance projects at an industrial plant in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. The role serves as a liaison between engineering and construction contractors, oversees contractor performance, safety, compliance, and permitting, and does not perform maintenance or physical labor. Candidates need 12 years of industrial or heavy commercial experience, electrical construction experience is preferred, OSHA 30 certification, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to navigate a large corporate environment. The position starts ASAP, requires day-shift 9-hour days with occasional extended hours and weekends, and pays $55-$65 per hour with benefits.
