The Prep Cook and Food Server combines guest service, cash handling, and basic food preparation in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include customer interaction, operating a point-of-sale terminal, handling cash, following food-handling and food-service standards, and performing basic food preparation. The role requires customer service experience, effective time management, sound judgment, basic mathematics skills, and the ability to obtain required jurisdictional work cards.
