Davies North America is hiring an experienced Property & Casualty Claims Representative III to independently investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex automobile liability, property damage, bodily injury, and general liability claims arising from transit operations. The role manages a high-volume caseload of approximately 150–175 claim files, typically involving claim values of $25,000 or greater, and requires strong investigation, negotiation, regulatory compliance, and claims-management skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with alternative experience-based qualifications provided, and the position includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and disability benefits.
